In case of cancellation by the participant, the refund policy shown below will apply. Please note that actual costs incurred by the conference organizers for receiving and refunding your payment (due to credit card handling fees/bank costs) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please also note that the refund policy only applies to fees paid for participation in the IASC2019 and its related events. Please make also sure to arrange proper travel insurance, health insurance, and cancellation insurance for the conference.
