The IASC2019 Organizers welcome proposals for papers, panels, and posters. Please read the Call for abstracts which contains full info about the conference theme and respective tracks. On this website, you will also find the guidelines how to submit your abstract via our submission portal. All abstracts should be in before December 7, 2018, at 24:00 (Lima Time, UTC-5:00; extended deadline!).
Extended Deadline: December 7, 2018! Make sure to have your abstract submitted via our submission portal before December 7, 2018, 24:00 Lima Time (UTC-5:00). As server traffic usually is high around the deadline, we recommend you to submit your abstract well before the deadline. After submitting, you will be able to adapt your abstract until the deadline of December 7.
Extended Deadline: December 7, 2018! In the course of January 2019, we will inform you whether your proposal has been accepted or declined. The reviews will be done by the IASC2019 academic peer-review committee. In case of acceptance, you will be able to submit your final version through our submission portal.
We kindly ask all presenting authors of accepted abstracts to register before May 10, 2019, 24:00 Lima Time (UTC-5:00). Please note that not registering before this deadline may result in removing your presentation from the program.
Make sure to have your final paper uploaded by June 20, 2019, 24:00 Lima Time (UTC-5:00) via the submission portal. Please take the general guidelines into account when submitting your paper and preparing your presentation.
