Valentina Berardinelli Garzón received her anthropology degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She is now a candidate for an MA degree in Human Development at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. Valentina is part of the staff that supports logistics for the conference. Her research focuses on policy making about indigenous social movements and natural resources management in extractive contexts. She speaks Spanish (native) and English.

Ahora es candidata a master en Desarrollo Humano por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Su investigación se centra en la formulación de políticas sobre movimientos sociales indígenas y la gestión de los recursos naturales en contextos extractivos. Habla español (nativo) e inglés.
